Body fat loss is easy when you are overweight but more difficult as you approach your target weight

Effective fat lossExperts all agree that losing body fat when you are slightly overweight, or even when you are extremely overweight, is a whole lot easier to perform than when you are starting to near your target weight range. Men are particularly vulnerable to stubborn fat deposits that accumulate around their mid-rift section, whilst most women will suffer from fat deposits and fatty areas around the butt, thighs and the hips. Ensuring that fat loss is observed in these sections of the body calls for different styles of fat loss regimes. Most diet and exercise experts will initially suggest a calorie deficit diet, which ensures that the body stays lean and drops fat. However, individuals need to couple this calorie deficit diet with some form of exercise, to ensure more rapid fat loss. The types of exercise obviously differ for the different genders, as the exercise regimes obviously target different areas of the body. Most overweight individuals will find losing the initial set of weight quite easy to do, but when approaching the target weight range, it is more difficult to lose those last few pounds and rid yourself of that stubborn fat. For this stubborn fat loss, a different weight loss and exercise regime needs to be undertaken, and most people look towards what is known as intermittent fasting. This dieting style allows the body to burn fat cells as during the fasting cycle, the body is using its own fat cells to provide energy.
